Proposed Shipping Policy for Shiva Tribe:
1.Delivery Charges:
  • Domestic Orders (Within India):
  • Free delivery on orders above ₹1,000.
  • A delivery fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹1,000.
  • International Orders:
  • Shipping charges will vary based on the destination country and package weight. Customers will be informed of the shipping cost at checkout.
2.Delivery Time:
  • Domestic Orders:
  • Standard delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited delivery options available at an additional cost.
  • International Orders:
  • Delivery within 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
3.Order Processing:
  • Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
4.Tracking:
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their shipment.
5.Customs and Duties:
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
6.Returns and Exchanges:
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for domestic orders will be borne by Shiva Tribe if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
